					The sample condo is situated in the heart of district 9 on Cairnhill Road. The condominium has a useful rear pedestrian entrance, with an electronic security system, which allows access on Mount Elizabeth (behind the York Hotel) and which means that it is only a five minute walk to Orchard road and a ten minute walk to Orchard MRT. The condominium has excellent facilities including one of the best condo gymnasiums we have seen (complete with airconditioning, multi gym, free weights, two bikes, a rowing machine, a step machine and four tvs!). There is ample underground parking for residents and visitors parking on the ground level. The condominium features glass elevators which give a view toward the financial centre at the front and over orchard road at the back. The ground floor gardens have a pond at the front and an ornamental water garden at the centre of the condominium. The swimming pool is located at the back of the premises and has a small childrens pool and a jacuzzi. There are adequate small steps for entry and exit from the pool and showers and toilets located near the pool. The tennis court is located at the front of the premises and is shaded for most of the day. There is a squash court (not air conditioned) located next to the gymnasium on the ground floor and a childrens play area with climbing frames and a soft surface. The condominium has a small shop and a hairdressers on the ground floor. Appartments in the condominium are all on two floors with the living areas on the even floors and the sleeping areas on the odd floors. The glass elevators service the even floors with service elevators servicing every floor.

Facilities					This Condo was built in 1991 and is located in District 9. Its location is 5 mins walk from Orchard. The nearest MRT is Newton. MRT Distances are: 5 mins walk from Newton, 10 mins Somerset, Orchard.
